ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Prior to entering the insurance industry, I worked in car sales and finance, where I developed a strong background in sales, customer relationships, and helping people navigate important financial decisions. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father, a big sports fan, and enjoy golfing and traveling.
Being involved in our community is important to us. Our agency proudly supports St. Michael’s Catholic School through local events, sponsorships, and fundraisers, and we enjoy finding opportunities to stay connected to the families and organizations around us.

As an Account Associate for Tom Jennings - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Tom Jennings - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
